Sunnyvale Downtown Improvement Program EIR for the City of Sunnyvale

Wagstaff and Associates completed this EIR for a proposed update to the city's downtown area improvement plans. The proposed update included adoption of a new design plan by ELS Architects and Planners, as well as amendments to various previously adopted central area plans and codes, in order to foster downtown economic and physical revitalization. Areas of concern addressed by the EIR included the visual impacts of proposed increases in downtown building height limitations, central area transportation and parking issues and historic precinct preservation concerns.
